DEKA FIT Dubai @ Coca-Cola Arena

Located in the heart of City Walk, DEKA FIT takes place in Dubai’s premier indoor entertainment destination - the Coca-Cola Arena. Known for hosting world-class concerts, major sporting events, and international productions, this state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned arena offers a high-energy, electric atmosphere. With its central location and iconic architectural design, it provides the ultimate, world-class stage for athletes from across the region and beyond to come together and compete.

The DEKA FIT Challenge is 10 Zones of Functional Excellence.

Every DEKA FIT competitor will complete the following sequence. Each zone is preceded by a 500m run, totalling 5km of running across the entire course.

Zone 1: 30 RAM Alternating Reverse Lunges
Zone 2: 500m Row
Zone 3: 20 Box Jump / Step Overs
Zone 4: 25 Med Ball Sit-up Throws
Zone 5: 500m Ski Erg
Zone 6: 200m Farmer’s Carry
Zone 7: 25 Calorie Air Bike
Zone 8: 20 Dead Ball Wall Overs
Zone 9: 100m Sled Push / Pull
Zone 10: 20 RAM Burpees

Age Group and Elite athletes take on the same course and the same weights, with categories defined by competitive level rather than format. Teams allow athletes to share the workload within the zones in any way, with the run being done together on first and last lap. All other laps should be completed by one athlete within the team.
