Transfer Options and Deferrals

If you are unable to attend your scheduled DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE event, you may transfer your registration to another participant. To do so, please provide the new participant with a copy of your registration confirmation email, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. On the day of the event, the new participant will be required to present this confirmation email on-site in order to complete the transfer and update the registration details to their name

Trifecta Racers

The DEKA Trifecta Earn your DEKA Trifecta by completing all three formats — DEKA STRONG, DEKA MILE, and DEKA FIT — within a single calendar year. Each finish earns you a piece of the Trifecta pie; complete all three to collect the full set. Complete your Trifecta and you’ll also earn the chance to compete at the DEKA World Championship, where Elite and Age Group athletes from around the globe come together to celebrate fitness on the world stage. Mandatory Equipment There’s no mandatory equipment for DEKA — just bring your training gear, your determination, and get ready to earn your mark. Rules DEKA events are official, timed, and ranked. Results count towards global leaderboards, and Elite and Age Group athletes may qualify for the DEKA World Championship.

DEKA STRONG is the ultimate test of strength and functional fitness — 10 functional fitness zones performed consecutively, with no running in between. Designed for all fitness levels, it challenges muscular endurance, power, and conditioning in a high-energy competition environment. Get a first-hand look at the full DEKA STRONG experience as it comes to the UAE. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping onto the course for the very first time, what matters is showing up, giving it your all, and earning your mark. DEKA STRONG is also Trifecta eligible, giving you one of the three pieces needed to complete your DEKA Trifecta within the calendar year. Age Group Race in competitive heats where athletes go head-to-head for leaderboard positions, personal bests, and qualification for the DEKA World Championship.

What to expect

Arrival Plan to arrive an hour before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet and get warmed up. What to Bring Your ID, Confirmation Email with QR Code, Hydration and Nutrition. Spectators DEKA events are always incredibly spectator friendly, so be sure to invite your biggest fans to come cheer you on. Spectators can save time upon arrival at the venue by purchasing a spectator ticket in advance.
